Job summary

Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison (IgG4 - Rare Disease) to engage with the medical community across MD and DE, establishing relationships with key experts. You will educate on data, communicate clinical value to payers and providers, and support research collaborations while aligning with Amgen’s strategies and compliance standards.

The role requires MD/PhD level qualifications with strong scientific engagement skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a dynamic biotech

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• Master's degree with 3+ years Medical Affairs experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years Medical Affairs experience.
• Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O. considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientific liaison to the medical community and build relationships with experts and clinicians across the US.
• Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes and economic data to payers, providers and advocacy groups.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries following MSL compliance standards.
• Provide field observations and insights to internal teams.
