Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager for IgG4-RD in the United States. The role focuses on representing Amgen products to physicians, establishing product sales, and performing total territory account management.

You will provide disease information and education to medical professionals and external customers involved in patient care, while aligning with corporate compliance guidelines. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals
• Establish product sales and total territory account management
• Provide disease information and education to medical professionals and external customers
• Implement marketing plan goals via strategic account plans
• Collaborate with Case Managers, Medical Affairs, Patient access team and others
• Build relationships with key local, regional, and national KOLs
• Develop deep disease/therapeutic knowledge for IgG4-RD
• Use consultative selling to meet HCP needs while complying with policies
