3L Energy Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a highly organized Third-Party Order & Customer Solutions Specialist to support our expanding third-party distribution network and key customer accounts.

The role coordinates orders from receipt to delivery, works with distributors, carriers, and internal teams, and ensures accurate pricing, documentation, and billing. Flexibility for after-hours work is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, dispatch, or related field.
• Experience with third-party suppliers, distributors, carriers, or logistics partners preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party customer orders from initial request through final delivery and billing handoff.
• Coordinate product sourcing and deliveries with distributors, suppliers, carriers, and partners.
• Identify fulfillment channel based on location, pricing, availability and service expectations.
• Communicate order details clearly to third-party partners and monitor for delays or issues.
• Ensure documentation, invoices, and pricing are accurate and submitted timely to billing.
