Job summary

Giga Energy in Houston is seeking a Customer Project Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment, coordinating with high-value customers from PO receipt to delivery and aligning expectations.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, accounting, production, logistics, and customer service to ensure on-time scheduling, accurate records, and responsive support while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 3-5 years experience in order management, sales operations, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
• Manage entire order lifecycle in ERP system.
• Coordinate with production planning to schedule and manufacture on time.
• Liaise with logistics to arrange timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability.
• Resolve order discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain records in all systems.
• Support sales and customer service with order-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
