Job summary

Dresser Utility Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Customer Account Specialist III to manage customer orders and communications, supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will process orders in ERP, handle change orders, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Ops.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA a plus), 10+ years in customer-facing roles, strong analytical and pricing skills, and proficiency with ERP, CPQ, Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related subject matter from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Service and/or product planning capacity or customer-facing commercial roles
• MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle order management and customer communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external customers.
• Maintain open order status reports and manage backlog/reporting.
• Assist in pricing discussions and develop price quotes and price book.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Operations.
