Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Service and/or product planning capacity or customer-facing commercial roles.
• MBA is a plus.

• Manage and process customer orders in ERP and provide status updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support orders and pricing.
