Job summary

Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions US Inc. is seeking a Post Order Manager in Houston, TX to oversee the end-to-end post-order process for static, fired, rotating, and E&I equipment and bulk materials.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and close-out while managing supplier audits and documentation. The role requires an engineering degree and 7+ years in supplier or project management within an international EPC setting, with strong risk

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 7+ years in supplier management or project management in EPC/industrial settings.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and basic contract/claims concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-order execution from PO to delivery and close-out.
• Foster supplier performance in schedule, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate expediting, engineering docs, and inspections to ensure on-time shipment.
• Support claims, NCR resolution, and back-charges as needed.
• Prepare and manage weekly/monthly project reports and governance documents.
