Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in thin film metrology techniques and their interaction with high-volume manufacturing.
• 4+ years of experience in advanced-node semiconductor manufacturing, development or high-volume manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and statistics; exposure to machine learning is a plus.
• Post graduate degree in related engineering/science field is preferred.

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify root causes of parametric mismatches and OCD model integrity.
• Provide guidance on metrology optimization, tool matching, and process monitoring.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to improve yield and product performance.
• Collaborate with Technology Development, Yield, Process Integration, and Fab module teams.
• Design and implement metrology models to deliver rapid feedback on product integrity.
