Job summary

This Manager role leads Thermal Electrical Engineering teams, overseeing design, procurement support, and construction/commissioning for natural gas turbine, combined-cycle projects and related facilities.

You will manage engineers, coordinate with OEMs and EPCs, and ensure designs meet interconnection and code requirements while driving schedule,

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing engineers (direct reports/leads).
• HV/MV electrical infrastructure experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with internal/external teams.
• US work authorization now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers for electrical design, procurement support, and construction/commissioning activities.
• Manage day-to-day technical guidance, meetings, performance reviews, and coaching for the team.
• Develop and maintain standard designs, processes, and templates for Thermal Electrical Engineering.
• Coordinate with OEMs, EPC partners, utilities, and engineers of record.
• Support RFQ specs, review technical offers and shop drawings, and participate in FAT inspections for major electrical equipment.
• Track schedules, ensure milestones, and manage quality/cost objectives for electrical deliverables.
