Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Account Leader to shape the future of Texas water infrastructure. You will lead strategic client relationships, drive growth, and oversee delivery of major water projects with a national expert team.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in water/wastewater, a Texas PE license, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex programs. This on-site Texas role includes travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain through reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic client relationships and identify new opportunities across the Texas water market.
• Lead positioning, capture planning, proposals, presentations, and interviews for complex water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee delivery of water/wastewater treatment, conveyance, reuse, and pumping facility projects while managing scope, risk, schedule, and financial performance.
• Partner with technical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional client service.
• Mentor engineers and project managers to build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on long-term water and wastewater infrastructure planning and investment.
• Travel approximately 10% for client meetings, site visits, and business development.
