As a Water/Wastewater Account Leader in Texas, you will serve as a trusted advisor to municipal and utility clients while helping expand Arcadis' presence in one of the nation's fastest-growing water markets. This role offers significant influence over client strategy, market growth, team development, and the continued expansion of our Texas Water business. Supported by a deep bench of technical specialists, project managers, and national practice leaders, you will focus on growing client relationships, winning strategic pursuits, and delivering exceptional results.
Travel of approximately 10% is required for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities.
The successful candidate is a recognized water industry leader with strong client relationships, a passion for mentoring teams, and a proven ability to drive growth, win strategic pursuits, and deliver complex infrastructure programs. They bring a successful blend of client engagement, business development, technical excellence, and leadership, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering major water projects.

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program, and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $148,800 - $223,200. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
