Arcadis seeks a Project Water/Wastewater Engineer to join the Resilience Water Team in Houston, TX. You will lead design for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, collaborating with clients and engineers to deliver state-of-the-art infrastructure.

This role requires 7+ years of municipal water/wastewater experience, a TX PE or ability to obtain within one year, and a relevant engineering degree. On-site work in Houston is expected with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in water/wastewater and stormwater design for municipal projects.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• PE license in TX or ability to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater and stormwater systems.
• Deliver projects from inception to completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to develop solutions and support business growth.
• Perform condition assessments and develop estimates, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; travel as needed.
