RTX is seeking a Test Engineer in Middletown, CT to manage multiple engine programs within the Assembly and Test Engineering Organization. The role focuses on validation, plan execution, and ensuring flawless test vehicle builds, teardowns, and inspections, interfacing with CIPTs and systems engineers. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Required: mechanical or electrical engineering degree, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is required.
• Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in engineering, or 3 years with advanced degree.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple engine programs within Assembly and Test Engineering.
• Ensure assembly readiness, plan execution, and on-time testing.
• Interface with CIPTs, Systems engineers, and support groups to meet budget and schedule.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
