Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a hands-on Test Solutions Engineer to design and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. You’ll work within multidisciplinary teams on production stations and test hardware, contributing to reliable systems used in mission-critical environments.

The role requires a STEM degree with experience or an advanced degree with related experience, plus strong troubleshooting and test instrumentation skills in an on-site setting in MA.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing experience required.
• Experience with common test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters, harnesses, and supporting hardware.
• Produce drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses to guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot issues across design, development, and integration lifecycles.
