Job summary

RTX is seeking early-career engineers to join the Test Solutions Engineering group in Massachusetts. You will design and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products, creating production test stations and interface test adapters alongside multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, problem-solving, and real-world impact on mission readiness. The position is onsite at the Tewksbury and Andover campuses, with opportunities for growth, advanced tools, and collaboration

Qualifications

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
