Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate production test equipment for Raytheon products onsite at the Tewksbury, MA and Andover, MA campuses. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust test capabilities that support mission readiness.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), plus hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
