Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for its aerospace and defense products. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to create production test stations, adapters, harnesses, and supporting hardware, ensuring robust test capabilities.

You will troubleshoot across the design and integration lifecycle and contribute to reliable mission-ready systems, with onsite work at US facilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters and harnesses.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics and circuit analyses for test systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through design, development and integration lifecycle.
