Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Test Solutions team in Tewksbury/Andover, MA. This 100% onsite role involves designing and integrating state-of-the-art test systems, collaborating with experienced engineers to meet performance goals on mission-critical technologies.

You will work with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters, contribute to development and validation, and thrive in a hands-on, multidisciplinary environment with long-term stability and advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with electrical components (resistors, capacitors, transistors).
• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team.
• Create test interfaces, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
• Develop engineering and production test systems aligned with cost and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and implementation.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
