Job summary

Benchmark is seeking an ICT test operator in Minnesota who will perform Go/No Go testing on electronic assemblies and PCBs using a variety of test instruments. You will interpret test results, identify failures, and document findings in the Quality Management System, contributing to product quality and process improvements.

The role requires 4+ years of advanced electronic test experience, the ability to read schematics, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

4+ years of advanced electronic test experience.
Able to read schematics and drawings.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Set up test equipment and understand test/assembly processes for boards or systems.
Operate test equipment and record failure parameters in the Quality Management System.
Identify component types and read values of ICs, resistors and capacitors.
Inspect workmanship and mark defects per QA procedures.
Follow procedures for frequency/voltage adjustment and verify test results meet specs.
Maintain records of tested units using SPC charts.
Apply knowledge of specifications to electrical tests at the component level.
Ensure quality and customer satisfaction by performing duties to standard.
