Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota's Winona site seeks a Test Operator to perform ICT and functional Go/No Go testing on systems assemblies, subassemblies, PCBs and products using test equipment and procedures. You will record results, maintain test records, identify components, and help improve test procedures while mentoring other operators.

A High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of advanced electronic test experience are required; familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscope and power

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of advanced electronic test experience.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly prints.
• Experience with test equipment and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Sets up test equipment and understands the board/test procedures.
• Operates test equipment and records failure parameters in QA system.
• Identifies components and reads values on assemblies.
• Detects workmanship defects and tags defects per procedures.
• Maintains test records and supports quality improvements.
