Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in engineering, science or related field with 9+ years of program administration experience.
• Demonstrates program management principles and leadership skills for planning, scheduling and execution.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet milestones in a DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of project and program managers across multiple phases.
• Manage all phases from conceptualization through completion, including planning and technical performance.
• Develop program plans and coordinate with staff to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish design concepts and testing plans.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and contract terms; influence negotiations and modifications.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of management and technical talent.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews.
