Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field; 9+ years in project administration with at least 3 years in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management processes, planning and scheduling, and budget management.
• Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects; lead teams and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and manage resources to meet schedule, budget, quality, and specification goals.
• Oversee and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products and/or services.
• Assign and monitor work of project management staff, providing technical support and direction when necessary.
• Interpret and administer policies and procedures impacting projects.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Collaborate across management and project teams to expand services and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations.
• Identify and address project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
