Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field with 11+ years of program administration experience.
• Strong program management principles, leadership and scheduling skills.
• DoD security clearance required; DoD familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the program from conceptualization through completion, including planning, execution and delivery.
• Develop program plans and coordinate with customers to meet objectives and budgets.
• Lead engineering teams, resolve scheduling issues, and coordinate proposals and contracts.
