Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor, Master or PhD in engineering, science, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of program management principles, planning, scheduling, and leadership.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and management.
• Willingness to travel about one week per month and ability to obtain/maintain TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program from initiation to delivery, ensuring cost and schedule objectives.
• Develop and coordinate program plans for multiple customers and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to define design concepts and technical efforts.
• Lead and participate in program reviews with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and contractual terms; manage resources and risks.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of proprietary information.
