RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an Operations Engineer to support military and commercial engine testing at the West Palm Beach site. You will ensure test facilities and related systems are ready and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient operations.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 8 years of engineering and project management experience, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• U.S. Citizen and able to obtain DoD security clearance.
• 8 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Active secret clearance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support military and commercial engine and component testing at the West Palm Beach site.
• Ensure test facilities and systems are prepared for testing.
• Coordinate with stand mechanics, data technicians, STE coordinators, trades personnel, and test engineers for efficient operations.
• Lead facility modifications, including cost estimates and contractor work on the stand.
• Maintain safety as the top priority; 5% travel.
