Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Test & Measurement Lead Engineer for the Wilton, Connecticut location. You will steer test strategy, design and execution across mechanical, electronics, and software disciplines, ensuring high-quality data and reliable test results.

The role requires a strong background in part-level testing, translating hardware risks into test capabilities, and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong background in part‑level testing and translating failure risks into test capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle tense situations with internal customers.
• Knowledge of hardware test methods and failure mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Drive test strategy, principles and methods representing operational conditions.
• Lead alignment for what is needed for a successful test and work package.
• Take ownership of tests to enable team deliverables.
• Deliver reliable measurement data and perform advanced analyses.
• Mentor junior TMF engineers to develop testing skills.
