Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, integration, and validation of complex electrical systems for lithography solutions. You will guide architecture, schematics, and testing across product development, manufacturing, and suppliers.

The role requires 8+ years in electrical engineering, with proficiency in EDA tools, PCB design, and data-driven decision making. A Master’s or Doctorate is preferred, and collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field required.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, product development, or system integration.
• Experience with electronic design automation tools and printed circuit board design.
• Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification activities.
• Experience using technical tools such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, circuit simulation tools, and laboratory test equipment.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment delivering complex technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of analog, digital, power distribution, safety, and control systems.
• Develop electrical architectures, schematics, cable designs, and technical specifications.
• Drive technical decisions by evaluating requirements, tradeoffs, performance, cost, and reliability.
• Lead system troubleshooting and root cause investigations from system to component level.
• Develop validation strategies and oversee testing, verification, and system integration activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing across the organization.
