Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking a Test & Measurement Lead Engineer with multidiscipline competencies to join the Wilton Development Location. The role focuses on test design, execution, and data quality across TMF disciplines.

Lead the testing effort, translate complex hardware risks into test methods, and mentor junior TMF engineers while collaborating with stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus 8+ years in a related role.
• Strong testing background translating failure risks into test capabilities and equipment needs.
• Experience in part-level testing environments and complex problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive test strategy, requirements, and test setup realization.
• Own tests to enable team deliverables and reliable data.
• Deliver reliable measurement data and draw conclusions from analyses.
• Mentor junior TMF engineers and contribute to testing framework.
