Job summary

ASML US in Wilton, Connecticut seeks a Test & Measurement Lead Engineer to guide test strategies and lead multi-discipline TMF workstreams. You will own test setups, ensure data quality and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver reliable measurement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or equivalent, plus 8 years experience.
• Strong testing background and ability to translate failure risks into test capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience in part-level testing environments and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive test strategy, architecture and methods representing operational conditions.
• Own tests and enable team deliverables with robust data.
• Deliver reliable measurement data and draw conclusions from analyses.
• Mentor junior TMF engineers and develop testing capabilities.
