Job summary

ASML Wilton is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead functional testing and inspection processes in the Wilton Factory Optics team. You will own end-to-end process development, stabilization, and daily performance across automated and manual testing and inspection operations.

The role focuses on improving First Pass Yield (FPY) through stable, predictable, and well-controlled process behavior, with proactive RCA and technology evaluation to strengthen long-term process control.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Optical, Materials, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in optical fabrication and functional testing and inspection.
• Experience in tooling mechanics, inspection methods, and process development.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize process parameters, ensuring measurement stability and tool selection.
• Manage functional testing and inspection performance, control strategies, and output quality.
• Lead 6P readiness, RCA, and sustainable corrective actions.
