The role requires a bachelor’s in EE (or master’s) and substantial hands-on testing experience in hardware environments, with capabilities in root-cause investigations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering plus 8+ years of experience or a Master’s with 5+ years in electronics testing.
• Experience with integration and verification of power/analog-oriented products.
• Familiar with circuit card assembly processes and hardware testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and verification of power, analog, and digital electronics products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development, integration, and sustainment of power systems.
• Design and implement test plans and procedures for functionality and reliability.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for test anomalies.
• Support transition of products from development to production with quality and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Partner with program teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
