Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to lead QA for a large-scale healthcare payer platform engagement. You will oversee testing, drive test strategy, analyze requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders in an Agile or enterprise delivery environment.

This client-facing role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. The position offers remote work in the United States, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise testing.
• Hands-on FACETS experience, preferably in healthcare payer environments.
• Solid FACETS configuration knowledge and related business processes.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in test planning, strategy, and test case design.
• Experience creating test metrics, status reports, defect reports, and governance dashboards.
• Excellent requirement analysis and stakeholder management.
• Excellent client-facing communication and walkthroughs.
