Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to drive QA for a large healthcare payer platform. You will spearhead test strategy, requirements analysis, and end-to-end testing across complex landscapes, ensuring high-quality software delivery in a client-facing role.

As a senior leader, you will coordinate testing activities, mentor the QA team, and report metrics to stakeholders. This remote US role emphasizes strong communication and collaboration within an Agile/enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience as Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise application testing.
• Hands-on FACETS experience in healthcare payer environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC; capable of test planning and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies, analyze requirements, and review test cases.
• Provide governance reporting and daily/weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Oversee test metrics, dashboards and test results walkthroughs with clients.
