Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to drive QA across a large healthcare payer platform engagement. You will lead testing efforts, oversee configuration validation, and define test strategy, plans, and metrics in an agile or enterprise delivery environment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to analyze requirements, review test cases, and communicate results, while guiding the QA team and ensuring high-quality software

Qualifications

Strong experience as Test Lead or Senior QA in enterprise application testing.
Hands-on FACETS experience in healthcare payer environments.
Knowledge of FACETS configuration and related business processes.
Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience in test planning, test strategy, and metrics reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management for client-facing walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

Lead testing activities across the SDLC for a large-scale healthcare payer platform.
Develop test strategy, review scenarios and test cases, and report outcomes.
Guide QA team and monitor testing progress with governance dashboards.
Prepare daily/weekly and annual status reports to stakeholders.
