Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to lead QA for a large healthcare payer platform. You will drive test strategy, requirements analysis, test planning, and metrics reporting, coordinating across stakeholders in an Agile/enterprise delivery environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise application testing.
Hands-on FACETS testing experience, ideally in healthcare payer environments.
Strong understanding of FACETS configuration and related business processes.
Solid grasp of SDLC and STLC processes.
Experience in test planning, test strategy creation, test case design, and execution management.
Experience preparing test metrics, status reports, defect reports, and governance dashboards.
Excellent communication skills with client-facing walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate testing activities across the SDLC and STLC, ensuring quality delivery.
