Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to lead QA for a large healthcare payer platform engagement. You will drive test strategy, requirements analysis, test planning, metrics reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The role is remote in the United States and requires hands-on FACETS configuration testing, SDLC/STLC expertise, and proven leadership of testing teams in client-facing settings.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Test Lead or Senior QA in enterprise testing.
• Hands-on FACETS experience in healthcare payer settings.
• Deep understanding of FACETS configuration and related processes.
• Proficient in SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with test planning, strategy creation, case design and execution management.
• Experience preparing test metrics, status reports, defect reports, and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Strong leadership to guide QA teams in Agile or enterprise delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate testing activities across the SDLC.
• Analyze requirements and develop test strategies with stakeholders.
• Review test scenarios, cases, and communicate results to clients.
• Provide guidance to the QA team and monitor progress.
• Deliver actionable test metrics and governance reporting to stakeholders.
