Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to lead QA for a large-scale healthcare payer platform. You will drive test strategy, analyze requirements, design tests, and report metrics in an Agile/enterprise delivery environment. This client-facing role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Remote position within the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise applications.
Hands-on FACETS experience, preferably in healthcare payer environments.
Strong understanding of FACETS configuration and related business processes.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Experience in test planning, strategy creation, test case design, and execution management.
Experience preparing test metrics, status reports, defect reports, and governance dashboards.
Strong requirement analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with client-facing walkthrough experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee testing activities across the SDLC/ STLC and provide leadership guidance.
Coordinate QA efforts with stakeholders, development teams and clients.
Analyze requirements, develop test strategies, review test scenarios and cases.
Communicate test outcomes and deliver governance reporting with actionable insights.
Lead quality initiatives and support strategic healthcare technology solutions.
