Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise application testing.
• Hands-on experience with FACETS, preferably within healthcare payer environments.
• Solid understanding of FACETS Configuration and related business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in test planning, test strategy creation, test case design, and execution management.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across the entire SDLC to ensure quality outcomes.
• Develop test strategies and review test scenarios and test cases with stakeholders.
• Communicate test outcomes and provide governance dashboards and reports.
• Provide guidance to the QA team and monitor testing progress.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and clients in an Agile/enterprise delivery environment.
