Job summary

Colsa is seeking a senior DoD Test & Evaluation specialist to design, plan, execute, analyze, and report across acquisition phases for aeronautical systems and related equipment. The role involves interfacing with DOT&E and other agencies, and preparing test plans and evaluation criteria to support weapons system contracts.

Qualified candidates will have DoD T&E experience, strong written and oral skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Combination of MA/MS with 12+ years experience, 5 in DoD.
• BA/BS with 15+ years experience, 5 in DoD.
• HS Diploma with 20 years experience, 8 in DoD.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
• Expert in the technical/professional field; lead junior staff.
• Proficient with desktop apps (word, spreadsheet, database).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop test/evaluation documentation for DoD programs.
• Advise on source selections for T&E requirements.
• Assist in meetings, reviews, and program events.
• Coordinate with DOT&E and other agencies on testing.
• Evaluate effort levels and resources for T&E plans.
• Schedule test resources and support program objectives.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and strategies.
• Assist with ATPs, data collection, and data analysis.
