Applied Research Solutions seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Manager to lead aeronautical systems T&E activities at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will shape strategies, plans, and reports across the DoD acquisition life cycle, coordinating resources and stakeholders to balance performance, cost, and schedule.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, senior DoD T&E expertise, and experience with test planning, data reduction, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be US Citizen.
• Advanced degree (MA/MS) with 12+ years of DoD experience; OR BA/BS with 15+ years; OR 20+ years with certifications.

Responsabilités

• Apply DoD T&E processes to design, plan, execute, analyze, and report T&E programs.
• Develop and update T&E strategies, test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Coordinate test resources, facilities, and reviews across programs.
• Review requirements and acquisition documentation for pre/post award actions.
• Lead major program reviews, design reviews, and test readiness activities.
