Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Test Engineer to support DoD programs at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. You will lead testing activities, develop test plans, and apply DoE techniques to ensure rigorous evaluation of software and hardware.

The role requires U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance and a strong track record in test planning, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• U.S. citizenship and active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 15 years of relevant DoD experience, or 20 years with appropriate DoD experience.
• Master's degree preferred (MA/MS) with 12+ years in DoD optional.

Responsabilidades

• Support testing lifecycle from concept to end-user testing.
• Develop and document test plans, criteria, and reports.
• Apply Design of Experiments to optimize test strategies.
• Evaluate test environments for configuration accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze data to assess software/hardware performance and derive conclusions.
• Provide findings and recommendations to leadership and test teams.
• Identify schedule conflicts and support deconfliction.
• Independently manage tasks with limited supervision.
