Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a Sr. Test and Evaluation Manager to provide technical support at Wright-Patterson AFB. This full-time role focuses on leading test and evaluation programs for aeronautical systems across acquisition phases.

The position requires 15+ years in test engineering with DoD experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and a current Secret clearance. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and reporting T&E activities with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in test engineering with DoD program exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• US citizenship and current Secret clearance.
• Experience with REMIS and IMDS data.
• Understanding of DoD/AF engineering principles.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, planning, executing, and reporting T&E programs.
• Review program documentation for T&E requirements across procurement actions.
• Provide advisory role for source selections on T&E requirements.
• Coordinate with OSD/DOT&E and integrated test teams.
• Develop test plans and T&E documentation and strategies.
• Analyze test strategies and interpret project assignments.
