Diaconia, a DoD-focused organization, seeks a seasoned Test & Evaluation professional to support design, planning, execution, analysis and reporting across T&E programs for aeronautical systems. The role covers evaluation criteria development, contractor proposal assessment, and post-award documentation actions.

The position requires DoD experience, a Secret/Top-Secret eligible clearance, and the ability to interact with program offices and external test organizations to ensure program

Formación

• MA/MS degree with 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five of which must be in the DoD, or BA/BS with 15 years, five of which must be in the DoD, or Twenty years of directly related experience, eight of which must be in the DoD.
• Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Review, develop, and update program documentation for Test and Evaluation management requirements across the full contract lifecycle.
• Provide advisory role for program source selections on test and evaluation requirements.
• Assist in project meetings, reviews, and test-related activities with dtOS/ DOT&E and other agencies.
• Evaluate levels of effort and resources to develop executable T&E programs.
• Assist scheduling resources to support project objectives.
• Contribute to major program reviews, inspections, and test plan working groups.
