Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Test Engineer to provide technical and engineering support for major IT Test and Evaluation efforts for AFLCMC/HNC at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Responsibilities cover test concept to operational testing, using DoE methods and rigorous data analysis.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher with DoD experience or a very experienced high school graduate, plus an active DoD Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and at least 12 years in the applicable technical/professional discipline, including 5 years of DoD experience; OR
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 20 years of directly related experience, including 8 years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of testing, including test concept/methodology development, test planning, execution, reporting, data analysis, and end-user testing.
• Use Design of Experiments methods to plan and conduct test programs.
• Prepare test criteria, analyses, specifications, cost estimates, test plans, and technical reports.
