Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 3 in Roy, UT to lead lab design, integration and test activities for the Sentinel program. You will manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians, interfacing with customers to deliver on milestones with rigorous EVMS controls.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, strong leadership, and experience in test environments. Eligible for relocation assistance and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years related work experience or Master's with 6 years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Minimum 3 years managing EVMS; CAM certified.
• Experience in Integration and Test Environments.
• Experience in team management, task scheduling and team building.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab and facility design, integration and test activities.
• Direct a diverse team of design engineers, system test engineers and technicians.
• Interface with customers for formal deliverables and milestones.
• Ensure infrastructure and support equipment meet SOW milestones for Sentinel program.
