Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing to design, implement, and maintain automatic test equipment and test programs used for product testing and design verification. You will drive board-level ICT, FCT, and RF testing, and oversee burn-in and end-of-line validation to ensure reliability before shipment.

You will lead test process optimization, collaborate with Quality and Process engineers, analyze yield data, and develop roadmaps for coverage, diagnosability, and OEE

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define, qualify and optimize test processes and equipment.
• Experience with board-level ICT/FCT and RF testing.
• Strong data analysis and failure diagnostics skills.
• Experience with DOE and reliability testing to improve yield.
• Collaboration with Quality and Process engineers to improve test yield.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test processes for manufacturing.
• Lead test optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug and diagnose test equipment using DOE and data logs.
• Support MES integration for test data and traceability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects.
