Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–8 years of DFT or Test Engineering experience in a complex electronics environment.
• Strong knowledge of boundary scan, ICT, and test coverage modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design reviews against the DFT rule set before freeze, with findings and supporting evidence.
• Model structural and functional coverage against the MTRS and verify coverage on the first fixture.
• Collaborate with schematic/layout engineers, software/firmware teams, and DFT manager to resolve coverage gaps.
• Support functional test definition and early build debug with TRL and on-site test SMEs.
• Propose DFT rule changes derived from test escapes and feedback to drive design standards.
