Job summary

Celestica in Richardson, TX seeks a Senior Manager of HPS Test Engineering to own testing architecture and strategy for next–gen products. You will lead a high-performing team collaborating with silicon partners to embed built-in self-test and boundary scan.

You will drive multi-level test solutions (ICT, FCT, SLT, ESS) and optimize yield, throughput, and defect escape metrics across NPI programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated engineering experience in Test Development, Functional Testing architecture, ATE hardware infrastructure, or NPI Test leadership.
• 5+ years of direct experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary test hardware and software engineering teams.
• DFT/DFx ownership and evaluation during early design stages to maximize test access.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Test Hardware and Software Engineers, defining metrics, KPIs, and career paths.
• Own DFT/DFx strategy and drive early design reviews with silicon partners.
• Oversee ICT, FCT, SLT, and burn-in test architectures to optimize yield and throughput.
