Lincoln Chemical Corporation is seeking a self-driven Technical Sales Representative to manage accounts and develop new business across the Midwest (ND/SD/NE/KS/MN/IA/MO). You will cultivate relationships, conduct demos, and deliver technical presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial chemicals or related fields, a strong sales process understanding, and willingness to travel overnight. You will join a team focused on innovative chemical technologies and customer success.

Formación

• 3+ years industrial chemical, metal finishing, or fabrication products outside sales experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills. Strong understanding of full sales process.
• Hands-on individual with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Robust network of industrial external suppliers.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Must be located in Indiana, Illinois, or Michigan. Full-Time

Responsabilidades

• New account acquisition through Networking, Industry Contacts, and Leads
• Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
• Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, and troubleshooting needs
