Job summary

PaperTech is seeking a Technical Field Support Representative in Findlay, OH to act as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering. You will support the successful implementation of PaperTech packaging solutions, lead customer trials, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate across departments to drive new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical field role supporting food packaging or processing equipment.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and ability to perform field-level equipment adjustments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between leadership, sales, engineering, and customers to accelerate the selling cycle.
• Deploy to customer facilities to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Set up and supervise tray trials, produce reports and actionable recommendations for customers and sales.
• Train sales reps on tray technology and best practices; collaborate with R&D and manufacturing on customer requirements.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and trial outcomes; travel regularly to customer sites and trade shows.
